Took off this morning at 9.30am to go up to Southport to (where the fishing trawlers come in) to get some more prawns. These ones are a lot fresher caught last night cooked on the boats and sold to the public from 9.00am. Didn't think that we going to make it as I thought PT wouldn't feel up to driving.
We didn't stay up there long and when we got back Pete rested for the day.
Viv and I went for a walk to the Stockland shopping centre and had some girl time. Shopping without being told to move on all the time. We could just do what we wanted to do.
We then walked home and had our prawns for lunch.
Pete has been going into the steam room last couple of days thinking it may help his blocked nose. He thinks it has helped.

Back at the apartment shelling the prawns for lunch. So much fresher straight from the boats and you can really taste the difference from buying them in the shops.
Joined the family later in the afternoon for drinks on the reserve at the heads. From left Ron, Damian, Peter,Evie, Mel, Jack and Viv. We sat there looking down over the water and up along the coast.
This is us in the foreground showing our outlook we had. Lovely warm sunny afternoon. Stayed there until after sunset and until dark. Still very warm. Very pleasant.
